The 5Cs (Cost, Customer Experience, Carbon Footprint, Compliance and Human Capital) are key performance drivers for supply chain leaders. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, delivering on all five of these simultaneously has taken on a new sense of urgency. Supply chain is now a strategic driver and part of most organisations’ board meeting agenda, as they seek to remain a going concern, whilst serving their current and future customers.
Data is at the core of achieving this balance.
